Geographic Limitations: Grants are limited to projects directly assisting residents of Broome County and contiguous New York counties. All projects must include or benefit Broome County residents.
Proposal Narrative:
Complete narrative form.
Type or print clearly.
Use 3/4- inch margin and 12-pt. type, single spaced.
If form is scanned, DO NOT change spacing between sections.
Attachments: Please provide six (6) copies of all applicable items:
Project budget; include in-kind contributions and other resources available for the project (one page maximum).
From community organization:
IRS Tax Exemption Certificate/Letter.
Current year’s budget or summary (two-page maximum).
Most recent audited financial statement (only one copy required if it is a certified audited statement).
Most recent annual report.
Current list of board of directors, with affiliations and a meetings schedule.
Name and brief description of role of any staff providing supervision for the project.
Grant Application: All proposal submissions should include six (6) collated copies of the following:

IRS Tax Exemption Certificate/Letter (one copy)
DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER MATERIALS with the application unless specifically requested by the Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship.
